Telehealth Therapy
By utilizing our secure, HIPAA compliant, telehealth platform we are able to provide the same high quality care as in-person sessions from the convenience and comfort of your own space. Telehealth therapy allows for flexible scheduling, and meeting in a time that works with you!
Walking & Talking
Walk and Talk therapy breaks free from the confines of the traditional therapy room and allows for a more creative and collaborative approach for treatment. This allows the therapist and client to walk alongside one another, while using the power of nature and the outdoors to promote a healthier you!
First Responder therapy
First Responder Therapy offers essential support for police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and nurses who face high-stress situations daily, by providing vital skills to manage the stress and trauma effectively. Confidentiality is a cornerstone for this treatment, and responding to the unique challenges first responders encounter on a daily basis such as trauma, anxiety, burnout, and isolation. Treatment normally focuses on building resilience, learning effective coping strategies, planning, improving communication, and fostering a better work-life balance.
